77zs Terms & Conditions

In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms have the meanings ascribed below:

• "77zs" / "Platform" / "Company" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operating at the domain 77zs.org and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services offered thereunder.
• "Player" / "User" / "Account Holder" means any natural person who has registered an account on the 77zs platform and is accessing or using any part of its services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 77zs platform, through which the Player accesses games, places bets, deposits and withdraws funds, and claims bonuses.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's 77zs account, comprising real-money deposits, winnings, and any credited bonus funds (subject to applicable wagering requirements).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, or cashback credits credited to a Player's account by 77zs pursuant to a promotional offer, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, comprising identity, age, and source-of-funds verification that 77zs is required to conduct prior to processing withdrawals or at any point deemed necessary for compliance purposes.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to, or use of, online gambling services is explicitly illegal under applicable law, as determined by 77zs at its sole discretion.
• "Services" means all games, betting markets, live casino tables, payment facilities, promotional offers, and any other feature or functionality made available through the 77zs platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player is required to wager on eligible games before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

To register and maintain a 77zs account, a Player must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout the period of account use:

• Be a natural person of at least 21 years of age;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to the Player's jurisdiction of residence;
• Not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory;
• Not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 77zs, or an immediate family member or household member of such persons;
• Not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction imposed by 77zs or any other gambling operator to which 77zs is required to give effect;
• Not be registered as a problem gambler with any national or international responsible gaming registry to which 77zs has access.

A Player must complete the 77zs registration form by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number (where applicable), and a chosen secure password. By submitting the registration form, the Player warrants that all information provided is true and accurate.

77zs reserves the right to require documentary evidence substantiating any information provided during registration at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time as requested by 77zs will result in account suspension pending resolution.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 77zs platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether in the same name, under different names, or through third parties — is strictly prohibited. 77zs employs automated systems and manual review procedures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 77zs will close all associated accounts, retain any bonus funds credited thereto, and may permanently ban the Player from registering again.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their 77zs login credentials, including their password and any two-factor authentication codes. Players must not share their login credentials with any third party and must immediately notify 77zs support if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.

77zs will never ask a Player for their password via any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from 77zs requesting a Player's password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 77zs support immediately.

Players are responsible for all activity conducted through their account. 77zs shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of a Player's failure to maintain adequate account security, including the unauthorised use of login credentials by a third party where such unauthorised use was enabled or facilitated by the Player's own actions or omissions.

Players must keep their registered contact details — in particular their Pakistani mobile number and any email address provided — up to date. 77zs relies on registered contact details for security communications, account notifications, and KYC correspondence. 77zs accepts no liability for delays or failures arising from the Player's failure to maintain accurate contact information.

All deposits made to a 77zs account must originate from a payment method lawfully held by and registered in the name of the account-holding Player. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 (or equivalent in supported currency). 77zs reserves the right to impose transaction limits, require additional verification for large deposits, and refuse any deposit at its discretion without being required to state a reason.

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed in real time. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast are processed within standard banking hours. 77zs does not charge fees on deposits, though the Player's payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC may not withdraw any funds from their account. KYC for Pakistani players requires submission of a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back — and, where requested, proof of payment method ownership.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts during operational hours. 77zs reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of routine security and fraud checks without liability for such delays where conducted in good faith.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Where this is not possible, 77zs may request alternative verification before approving withdrawal to a different method.

77zs reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct outlined in Section 6 of this Agreement.

All bets placed on the 77zs platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports betting market, which are published within the game interface or betting market page. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms and Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that specific game or market.

77zs uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual casino games, and all live dealer games are conducted by certified studio operators. The results generated by these systems are final and binding. 77zs does not accept claims based on alleged system errors in circumstances where the RNG or live studio system was operating within its certified parameters.

In the event of a manifest error — such as an obvious technical malfunction, incorrect odds publication, or pricing error — 77zs reserves the right to void any bets or game outcomes affected by such error and refund the applicable stakes. 77zs will provide reasonable notification to affected Players where such action is taken.

77zs reserves the right to impose betting limits, maximum win caps, and stake restrictions on any game, market, or Player account at any time and at its sole discretion, including but not limited to VIP-specific limits and responsible gaming-related restrictions.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on the 77zs platform:

• Registering more than one account on the 77zs platform (see Section 2.3);
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with 77zs;
• Using the platform on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to access or use the Player's account;
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or vulnerability in the 77zs platform for financial gain;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or third-party tool to interact with the platform in a manner not expressly permitted by 77zs;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, collusion between players, or systematically exploiting promotional terms in a manner contrary to their spirit;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of sporting or gaming outcomes;
• Using the platform to launder money or facilitate any other illegal financial activity;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after withdrawing or consuming the deposited funds;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 77zs staff, support agents, or other players.

77zs offers various promotional incentives to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the 77zs Promotions page at the time of the offer, in addition to the general provisions of this Section 7.

• Bonus offers are available to Players who have registered a valid account, completed the required opt-in procedure (where specified), and meet any minimum deposit threshold stated in the promotion-specific terms;
• Bonus Funds are credited to the Player's account upon satisfaction of the applicable trigger conditions and must be wagered in accordance with the stated Wagering Requirement before any portion of Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• Wagering Requirements are expressed as a multiple of the Bonus Funds amount (e.g., 30× means the Player must wager thirty times the bonus amount on eligible games before withdrawal is permitted);
• Games may contribute differently to Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and certain other game types may contribute a reduced percentage or zero. Contribution rates are published in each promotion's specific terms;
• 77zs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to Players who have already claimed the relevant offer;
• Any Player found to be exploiting promotional offers — including through multi-accounting, coordinated low-risk wagering strategies, or any other conduct deemed contrary to the spirit of the promotion — will have bonus funds voided and may have their account suspended.

77zs provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible via Account Settings at no cost and without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period; decreases take effect immediately;
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum net loss threshold per defined period, after which they will be unable to place further bets until the period resets;
• Session Time Reminders: Automated notifications after 30, 60, or 120 minutes of continuous play are available;
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may take a mandatory break from gambling for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account remains open but betting and deposit functions are suspended;
• Self-Exclusion: Players may self-exclude for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. During self-exclusion, the Player's account is suspended and all marketing communications are ceased. 77zs will take reasonable measures to prevent re-registration during an active self-exclusion period.

77zs strictly requires that all Players be at least 21 years of age. The Company conducts age verification through KYC procedures and actively prevents underage gambling. Players who become aware of any individual under the age of 21 accessing the platform should report this to 77zs support immediately.

All content on the 77zs platform — including but not limited to software, source code, website design, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, text, and audiovisual materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of 77zs or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 77zs platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit Players to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, frame, or commercially exploit any part of the 77zs platform or its content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77zs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a Player's use of, or inability to use, the 77zs platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings resulting from a technical fault, or business interruption.

The 77zs platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 77zs makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability, 77zs does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled downtime, maintenance periods, network outages, or events beyond 77zs's reasonable control.

In all circumstances, 77zs's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player and held in their account at the time the claim arises.

77zs collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at 77zs.org/privacy-policy. By registering an account, the Player consents to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

77zs processes Player data for purposes including, but not limited to: account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, customer support, and delivery of platform services. Personal data is not sold to third parties and is shared with service providers only where necessary for the delivery of contracted services or required by law.

77zs reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Company reasonably determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of this Agreement;
• The Player has provided false or misleading information at any point;
• Continued account operation would constitute a compliance risk for 77zs under applicable law or regulation;
• The Player is engaging in conduct reasonably suspected to constitute fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• The Player is located in or accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory.

Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting 77zs support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to completion of KYC requirements and provided no pending investigations apply.

77zs reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via notification within the platform and/or via registered contact details at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the 77zs platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised terms.

Where a Player does not accept amended terms, they must cease using the platform and close their account prior to the effective date of the amendment. 77zs will process any outstanding balance in accordance with applicable withdrawal procedures following account closure.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 77zs holds its international gaming licence. The governing law does not affect statutory consumer protection rights available to Players under the law of their country of residence where such rights are non-waivable.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact 77zs customer support via live chat to seek an informal resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body associated with 77zs's gaming licence authority, details of which are available upon request from 77zs support.

Nothing in this Agreement affects a Player's right to bring proceedings in a court of competent jurisdiction in their country of residence in relation to consumer protection matters.
